The importance of e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and Tmall increases from year to year for consumer brands. In parallel the amount of review data on these platforms has grown steadily. As of today most brands ignore the massive value and potential insights of these free customer opinions.

Therefore we are currently working with the software development company Skelpo to make the global product review data analyzable on brand level.

For our final project phase we are looking for cooperating companies to better understand the needs of different recipients withing the organizations.
